For nearly six months, I fully cooperated with every document request, including ID, bank statements, employment contracts and video verification.The whole process was unnecessarily prolonged by a basic human error from Exness audit staff. On 11 June, the reviewer misread the residential address on my contract and wrongly halted the approval progress. I had to contact support repeatedly to correct this mistake, which caused further unnecessary delays.I have submitted multiple formal appeals through emails and back-end tickets since June 23. Every time the customer service promised follow-up feedback, yet no concrete solution or reply was delivered afterwards. Up to today, the withdrawal restriction is still active.I solemnly guarantee all my capital sources are legal and traceable, and all my trading behaviors strictly abide by Exness terms. I urge Exness to fix the previous review error immediately, lift all limitations and fully process the $9,394 withdrawal without any more delays. If the platform continues to stall this case, I will escalate complaints to relevant regulators and all trading community platforms.
