The Cent account is what got me started. I put in around $300, but you can actually start with less on the cent version – each lot is tiny, so I could test real strategies without losing sleep. Execution has been stable, no crashes on MT5. I trade mainly gold and EUR/USD after my day job, and orders go through fine even during London open.

I withdrew once via bank transfer, money showed up in about 2 days. No fee from BCR, though my bank charged a small incoming wire fee – just something to be aware of.

It's not a fancy broker. But for someone trading part-time with a small account, it gets the job done. I feel safe knowing they have ASIC regulation – license number 328794, you can look it up. No nasty surprises so far. I've seen mixed reviews online, some people complain about withdrawal delays, but mine went through okay. Your mileage may vary.

If you're just starting out or trade small sizes, BCR is worth a look
