Exness Holds My $9,394 for 8 Months — Endless Reviews, No Withdrawal
Exness Has Held My $9,394 for Nearly 8 Months — Endless Reviews, Endless Documents, Still No Withdrawal
On January 21, 2026, I deposited funds into my Exness account. Today is September 2, 2026, and I still cannot withdraw my own $9,394. My account review has now been going on for nearly 8 months.
Since early June, I have repeatedly raised my concerns publicly and through Exness’s official complaint channels. Yet Exness has shown little urgency and has never proactively contacted me with any meaningful update. Instead, they have requested documents from me more than a dozen times, while the review remains unresolved.
I have also submitted complaints to the relevant Seychelles regulator. Nearly two to three months have passed, yet I have seen no meaningful progress. This honestly makes me wonder: Is the regulator actually monitoring how Exness handles its customers and provides financial services?
From January through August 31, I cooperated fully and continuously. I submitted documents more than a dozen times, including identity documents, proof of source of funds, bank statements, contracts, tax documents, employment certificates, proof of address, utility bills, property-sale tax documents, video verification, and other supporting materials.
I contacted customer support almost every day to ask about the progress. The answer was always essentially the same:
“Your account is under review. Please wait patiently.”
There was even a point during the review where an Exness reviewer incorrectly read my address. I had to repeatedly explain and correct their mistake myself. This is an unacceptable level of carelessness for a review that has already lasted for months.
I began filing formal complaints through Exness’s official email and dedicated complaints channel in June. After receiving a response from the complaints department on July 10, I once again submitted the requested property-sale tax certificate and utility bills.
Then, on August 4, Exness requested additional third-party relationship verification. I immediately provided my marriage certificate and both sides of my wife’s ID card.
That same evening, Exness came back with yet another request — this time asking me to provide my employer’s business revenue records, tax documents, commercial bank statements, and other confidential company financial information.
I am an ordinary employee of the company, not the owner or a shareholder, and I have no authority to obtain or disclose the company’s internal financial records. This request goes far beyond what I can reasonably provide as an individual customer.
I also want to specifically raise concerns about the customer service I received from Jern Zi Liew. When I asked normal and legitimate questions about my account, the review status, the impact of my complaints, or what I was supposed to do next, I was repeatedly given little more than:
“It is under review. You will be informed once the review is complete.”
There was no meaningful explanation, no clear timeline, and no substantive answer. The attitude during these interactions was also extremely dismissive and impatient.
I have cooperated for nearly 8 months. I have submitted documents more than a dozen times, responded to repeated requests, contacted customer support almost every day, and pursued formal complaints through multiple channels.
I am not refusing to cooperate with a legitimate compliance review. I am asking for a reasonable and transparent resolution.
After nearly eight months, I believe Exness should provide a clear explanation of what is still outstanding, complete the review within a reasonable timeframe, and restore my ability to withdraw my $9,394.
How long is a customer expected to wait before a “review” becomes unreasonable?
Exness, I am still waiting for a real answer — not another “please wait.”
That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after nearly eight months of repeatedly providing documents and cooperating with every request.
I can understand why you feel exhausted and disappointed. A compliance review can obviously take time, but having to keep submitting additional documents without a clear explanation of what is still outstanding or when the process might be resolved would be stressful for anyone especially when the funds involved are your own money.
I hope you eventually get a clear and substantive response rather than another generic “please wait.” At this point, I think what most customers would want is simply transparency: what is still being reviewed, what exactly is required, and what the next steps are.
Hopefully your case gets resolved soon and you can regain access to your funds. Keep documenting every request, response, and complaint you make. Wishing you a fair and timely resolution.
