I am a former Exness partner who worked with them under the CPA program. Over 5 months I referred 19 clients to Exness — yet I never received my commission of $10,200, because Exness does not pay its partners their earned commissions, using various artificial pretexts to avoid it.

At first, the rules look simple:

It all looks simple — but once a partner starts working and invests their own money and resources, it is point #3 that shoots you in the foot. Exness NEVER discloses what they actually mean by "active client trading," and they manipulate this parameter in their own favour purely to avoid paying the partner.

I ran into exactly this. I set up my copy trading on the Exness platform and worked under the partner program from December 2025 to April 2026. Out of 19 referred clients, I was paid for only two. I tried to increase my own trading activity so that those copying me would increase their volumes too — but no matter how hard I tried, for 5 months straight Exness refused to pay my commission citing "insufficient activity."

After researching, I realised I am unfortunately not the only deceived partner. On various forums I found complaints from other partners — both IB and CPA — stating that Exness does not pay commissions.

After long disputes with support and complaints to regulators, a personal partnership manager finally got on a call with me to discuss the program. The entire conversation was recorded, and he was informed in advance that it was being recorded.

As soon as that pool reaches the CPA commission for one client (in my case $680 per client), that commission is paid to the partner immediately. In other words, the spread generated by my clients first goes toward paying my commission — and only after the partner is paid does Exness begin earning from those clients.

🔹 10:44 – 11:14 – THE KEY MOMENTAt 10:44 I repeat it back to him to confirm I understand correctly: "So if the combined pool has generated enough spread to cover the commission for even one client, it is paid to the partner immediately — and Exness earns from that client's further spread afterwards, while the spread already generated by a client whose CPA has been paid no longer counts toward the pool." At 11:14, Vladimir answers: "Yes, correct."

🔹 10:17 – THE DATA HE PROMISED AND NEVER GAVEI directly ask Vladimir for the figure of the total spread pool generated by my clients from 10 December 2025 to 22 April 2026 — so I can know how much my clients actually traded. Vladimir promises to provide that figure. That figure has never been provided — not by Vladimir, not by support — even though Vladimir himself repeatedly stressed that this exact data is what determines the partner payout.

The bottom line: Exness claims my commission depends on the total pool of spread generated by my clients. Yet manager Vladimir, having promised to provide this data, never does — which is proof that the spread pool has already covered the $10,200 in CPA commission sitting in my Personal Area, and that Exness will not disclose the figure because it works against them.

So Exness never shares the exact parameters a client must meet to count as "active," never shares the total generated spread pool, and yet says the payout depends on that very pool — putting the partner in a dead end and preventing them from ever receiving their commission.

Exness is completely non-transparent toward its partners, does not pay them, and manipulates its internal conditions to avoid paying. Everyone who is considering any kind of partnership with them — whether IB or Affiliate — should know this.
