Is BXB Market a Scam? My Personal Experience
I've seen quite a few people asking whether BXB Market is a scam, so I thought I'd share my own experience after using the platform for several months.
Like with any broker, I didn't start with a large deposit. I funded my account with an amount I was comfortable risking and spent the first few weeks testing the platform, exploring its features, and getting familiar with how everything worked.
Honestly, my experience has been mostly positive. The registration process was straightforward, although the verification process took a little longer than I expected. Once my account was verified, I was able to deposit funds and start trading without any issues.
I mainly trade Forex pairs and occasionally indices. The platform has been stable during my use, and I haven't experienced any major technical problems. Order placement was simple, and I could monitor my positions from both desktop and mobile devices.
I also contacted customer support a few times regarding account verification and platform features. The responses were professional and helpful. They explained what documents were required and kept me updated throughout the process.
One thing I've learned after years of trading is that many accusations of a broker being a "scam" often come from traders who lost money in the markets. Trading itself is risky, and losses can happen regardless of which broker you use. That's why it's important to separate trading losses from actual issues with a broker.
Based on my personal experience, I haven't seen anything that would make me call BXB Market a scam. The platform worked as expected, support responded to my questions, and the overall experience was smooth.
Of course, everyone should do their own research before opening an account. My advice is always the same: start small, test the platform yourself, learn how the broker operates, and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
That's been my experience so far. I'd also be interested to hear from other traders who have used BXB Market.
I have already examined BXB Market, including its regulatory claims and legal documents, and I think there are several important points missing from this review.
BXB Market is operated by Dynamix Ltd and claims to hold a brokerage licence from MISA in Mwali, Comoros. The licence number is publicly displayed, but traders should understand that this is offshore registration and does not provide the same level of protection as regulation from authorities such as the FCA, ASIC, CySEC or another established financial regulator.
More importantly, the Central Bank of the Comoros has previously questioned the legal authority of MISA to issue financial licences. For me, this is a significant concern because the strength of a broker is not determined simply by whether a licence number appears on its website, but by whether the regulator provides genuine supervision, dispute resolution and protection of client funds.
I also found several concerning clauses in BXB Market’s own terms. Accounts may be considered dormant after only 30 days, with inactivity fees that increase substantially over time. The terms also state that a new client requesting a withdrawal within the first 30 days may have the account classified as dormant and charged accordingly. That is highly unusual compared with established regulated brokers.
Regarding withdrawals, the company states that requests may be processed within three working days, followed by an additional five to seven working days for the funds to arrive. However, it also reserves broad discretion to request additional documents, reject certain payment methods or delay and decline withdrawal requests under various conditions.
The broker’s risk disclosure also says client money may be transferred to third parties and held in omnibus accounts, where it might not be clearly separated from other funds. I could not find evidence of a recognised investor-compensation scheme comparable to those available with major regulated brokers.
Therefore, I would not say that a functioning platform or helpful customer support is enough to establish that BXB Market is safe. Depositing and trading are usually the easy parts; the real test is withdrawing the full balance and profits without pressure, unexpected fees or additional deposit requests.
I cannot state as a proven fact that BXB Market is a scam, but based on its offshore regulatory structure and the clauses in its legal documents, I would classify it as a high-risk broker. Traders should be extremely cautious, avoid large deposits, decline trading bonuses and test a full withdrawal before considering any further funding.
