Imagine two brokers:

✅ Broker A: No major regulation, but owned by someone you personally know, trust, and can reach anytime.

✅ Broker B: Fully regulated offshore, but you've never spoken to anyone there.

Which one would you deposit your money with—and why?

Let's discuss.

I think it's more a case of personal preference.  I personally worked with both locally regulated brokers, and with companies with let's say an "offshore regulation" and had good and bad experiences. Now I'm trading with a broker who never had a local license, but their terms are more than favorable for me and for my client's strategy

yess of course! Regulation is definitely an important point for forex traders, especially in India. I’d recommend checking the broker’s regulatory information and trading conditions carefully before making a decision.Amillex Global is one platform you could look into as well. If you are interested, I can share more information about its trading conditions and available instruments.
