Urgent Complaint Exness: My $9,394 Funds Locked for Nearly 6 Months
Account ID: 47051351Account Balance: 9394 USD
My funds have been restricted by Exness since January 21, 2026. It has been nearly six months — not one week, not one or two months, but half a year!
Before I invested with this platform, nobody told me that withdrawing funds would become such a difficult and frustrating process. The review continues after review, with endless waiting and no clear resolution.
During this time, I have contacted customer support countless times and submitted multiple appeals, but nothing has actually been resolved.
Why is it so difficult for ordinary users to protect their own financial rights? What else am I supposed to do to get Exness to release my money?
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? I would really appreciate any advice or guidance on how I can defend my rights and recover my funds.
What is the broker saying ? what is the reason the money is not released ?
Its not a big amount, I don't see a big broker like exness holding out funds from a client for no reason

Exactly I don't think he's telling us the whole story. I've been using Exness for 7 years now and have many people who also use Exness in my circle. If you're fully verified, you don't experience any problems with withdrawals, ever.
And this amount is too small for Exness to "steal".
But hey… maybe this is a unique case. Even still, Exness is highly regulated, so you can just report them to the regulators and get your money back if all your stuff checks out

The materials I submitted are so numerous that they would surely astonish you and make you wonder, "Oh my god, it's so difficult to withdraw money from Exness!" “

I’ve been contacting their support almost every working day, but the answer is always the same: "under review, please be patient." It’s been over six months now and my funds are still stuck. That’s why I decided to post about it.
I know Exness is a big broker, but honestly, keeping someone’s funds locked for so long without even giving a proper explanation is really hard to accept.

I have no motive to falsely accuse Exness. It’s just that you haven’t experienced this kind of situation yourself. Before posting on Myfxbook, I had already tried many other exposure platforms.
From my point of view, Exness is the one being too arrogant in handling this matter. How can you blame me for speaking out?
The last time I submitted the requested documents was in May. Just ask yourself: if your money was held by a platform for half a year, you provided everything they asked for, and you contacted them every single working day — literally every day — asking for updates on the review, but they refused to give you any real response and just kept saying, "Under review, please wait patiently." How would you feel?
I know I have done nothing wrong. I really couldn’t tolerate it anymore, and that’s why I decided to do this. They failed to provide the service they should have provided. When I raised my concerns and requests, they simply pushed my case aside, ignored me, and handled it with a cold attitude. They should have expected that this would happen.
I have already submitted a complaint email to the regulator, and Exness needs to give me a proper explanation.
