Trade 1: Went long, +$50 in 2 minutes. Thought to myself, "Wow, this is easy." 😄

Trade 2: Went in with the same confidence, doubled the lot size. -$120. Felt a bit off, but told myself "I'll recover it."

Trade 3: Entered on pure revenge. Skipped the stop loss because "this one's a sure thing." -$300.

Trade 4: Hands shaking. Took a smaller lot this time, but got so scared I closed at just $10 profit. Missed out on another $200 that kept running.

Trade 5: Staring at the chart, it hit me I wasn't trading anymore. I was gambling. Every decision was emotional, not logical.

I closed the platform that day and just sat there thinking the problem wasn't the market. The problem was me.

Here's what changed after that:→ Fixed risk % per trade, no matter what emotions were saying→ A checklist before every entry if it doesn't line up, no trade→ One loss, and I'm done trading for the day. Come back tomorrow with a clear head.

The market doesn't beat you. Your own impulses do.

Don't give up
