How do you verify a signal channel's track record before trusting it?
I've spent a while digging into how forex/crypto signal channels present their results, and one thing keeps standing out: most performance screenshots show wins, rarely losses, and almost never drawdown.
A win rate on its own doesn't tell you much — a channel that wins 80% of the time but blows up on the 20% can still lose money overall, while a channel with a 55% win rate and tight, consistent risk management can end up far more reliable.
What I've found more useful to look at:
Consistency over 2-3+ months, not just a good week or twoMax drawdown, not just win rateWhether TP/SL rules are fixed and applied the same way every time, or adjusted after the factWhether results are independently tracked (demo account, verified broker statement) rather than self-reported screenshotsCurious how others here vet a provider before following them — what red flags make you walk away, and what actually convinced you someone was legit?
