Hello SteelCityFX,
There are 2 methods for verifying your Trading Privileges:
1. Change your investor password to the Authorization password generated by us.
2. Open a pending order with the same Authorization password in the comment.
We offer a detailed guide with screenshots (the process is identical for MT4 and MT5 accounts), it is important to follow each step carefully to ensure successful verification: https://www.myfxbook.com/help#helpVerifingTradingPrivileges
If you are still having difficulties verifying your account, kindly reach out to the support team directly for additional assistance (mention which account you are having issues with and if you are getting any type errors).
The support team can be reached via the internal messaging tool, the 'Contact Us' Form (https://www.myfxbook.com/contact) or via mail: [email protected]
Thanks,
Peter,
Myfxbook Support.
