I agree with the low activity part especially. I noticed some of my worst entries happen during slower sessions because price tends to move sideways without clear direction, then suddenly spikes for no reason. Feels much harder to read compared to London or NY overlap where momentum and volume look cleaner.
If you are a beginner, settle for London openings, by this time direction of the market is already emerging or might have emerged.
