The biggest lessons the market taught me over the years is that price action is driven as much by psychology and macro sentiment as it is by technical structure. Early in my career, I focused heavily on setups and indicators, but experience showed me that understanding liquidity, market behaviour, risk sentiment, and economic catalysts provides a much stronger edge over time.

I also learned that consistency in the markets comes from disciplined risk management and patience rather than chasing volatility. Sustainable performance is built through adapting to changing market conditions, maintaining objectivity, and focusing on probability rather than prediction.
