After the Fed announcement of starting to buy Treasury bills. My feets been cold about inflationary pressures. I don't see gold coming down anytime soon

I get why that sounds inflationary, but “Fed buying bills” by itself doesn’t automatically mean inflation is back. The cleaner drivers for gold are usually real yields and the dollar. If yields are drifting lower or USD stays soft, gold can stay supported. If yields pop on the next data, gold can fade even if liquidity feels loose.

Gold really has been on another level lately. I get why it feels like it won’t come down, but I’d still watch real yields and the dollar, that’s usually what decides whether gold holds up or finally cools off. If yields stay soft and USD stays heavy, gold can stay supported even if headlines change.
