Few have the patience for the long game, as humans we need our quick fix, just like a gambler or junkie. And these individuals make terrible traders. Sadly over 90% of traders are just that.
You are doing well if you hold onto any gains made each month. Your downfall is focusing on targets, when in fact you should be focusing on your trading performance.

exactly you cant force markets to give you any fixed amount of profit each month
it is hard enough for human being to stick to trading strategy and not later it based on emotions

I have been running many demos for the past 5-6 months and have been slowly tweaking the EA in order to achieve great results. My hopes are to be up and running live within the next month. Below you will see the same EA running on 2 different demo accounts. One has ran for a month and tripled the account while the other was on a smaller account and has performed exceptionally well the past 10 days. Below you will see the attachments as well as the address with the others.

It's possible for many months and I have seen screenshots like that everywhere and I do not need to see anything like that entirely and clearly anyway. But each month this is absolutely not applicable for many many things absolutely.

I usually asses any algo on an hourly basis first and foremost, then look at how it performs on a daily basis, this is where I am at so far on an initial 1k account, in the current market

Consistency is the deal-maker / breaker.
Here is my account for short-term analysis. But the problem is that the market changes, and how well will the strategy adapt to this?

If you can achieve this on a daily basis consistently, it follows then that the weekly, monthly, yearly will also be consistent.
And if such "high" gains on a daily basis can be achieved (albeit if only temporary), then it follows by logical extension that every month could easily achieve 5-10%.
But who can share an account that demonstrates this fact unequivocally?
There are very few, and those rare systems have even failed after many months of consistent gains.
You can have consistent gains for many days/weeks/months/years, but it can vanish overnight (almost) when a Black Swan hits.

A system that averages 30% gains per month can suffer a losing month, but overall it is still better than any other investment (and beats 5-10% per month):

i saw a lot of accounts in myfxbook where profit of accounts was much higher than 5-10%. it all depends on where you get the signals or how high quality ea you bought.
