This is a problem almost every new trader faces — Hero in Demo, Zero in Live


I went through this shock myself. I kept making profits for months on end in my Demo Account, confidence sky-high. Then I opened a Live Account, and within the first week or two, I realized things were completely different.


The reason is simple — in Demo, there's no fear of losing money. In Live, there is.


In Demo, you fearlessly move your Stop Loss, increase your risk, take revenge trades — because it's not real money on the line. But in Live, when your own money is involved, your hands shake, you rush, and you forget your plan.


So what's the right way to move from Demo to Live?


My suggestion — start with a small Live Account or a Cent Account, trading with an amount small enough that losing it won't cost you sleep. Run the exact same strategy you used in Demo, just at a smaller size — this isn't the time to experiment with something new. The real goal is to understand how your emotions react under the pressure of real money.


Use a Demo Account to test your strategy, but the only place to test your psychology is a Live Account — even a small one.
