Trading is very vrey hard. I've been helping new traders understand it's not about the best systems but it's all to do with emotions. Tell me if you're new what are you struggling with?

My biggest challenge is stopping myself from trading. My system gives at least one trading signal, and at most three.

As someone still pretty early in the game, hearing from people who've been helping other traders is super encouraging. It gets kinda overwhelming with all the noise online, so it's refreshing to see someone focusing on mindset and process, not just quick wins. Would love to hear your thoughts on how to stay consistent emotionally — like, I know the basics of risk management, but it’s the mental side of trading that throws me off sometimes. Especially after a loss or when I feel FOMO creeping in 😅

100000 % right IIDCAPITAL_, The skill of trading is not that hard once you realize that the reason your not profitable or consistent is because of your emotions and your traumas. All the fears and insecurities you hold from you childhood and your past is the reason you're not profitable. I have been trading for almost 4 years now and I can say without a shadow of doubt that the reason I was not able to become profitable until recently was because of my internal issues. I believe it is fundamentally the most important thing to work on before you get on trading.

Precision. Patience. Profit.

That’s awesome — helping new traders is such a big deal. Most people jump into Forex thinking it’s easy money, then get wrecked by emotions and overleverage.I’ve been trying to guide beginners too — showing them how to focus on risk management first. I usually recommend checking out Gerchik & CO  since they’ve got tools that actually teach discipline instead of just pushing deposits. It makes a big difference early on.

😇I totally agree — the psychological side is what makes or breaks a trader. You can have the best strategy in the world, but if you can’t manage fear, frustration, or FOMO, it’s useless. Personally, I believe that before looking for “the perfect setup,” you need to learn to stay out of the market when there’s no clear signal — that’s often where real discipline is built.

Absolutely agree — trading isn’t just about strategy or indicators, it’s 90% mindset. The emotional discipline to stick to your plan, manage risk, and accept losses is what separates consistent traders from everyone else.
