I think that doesn't matter, as you should first of all, separate them in your mind, but if you can't do so, that's better to keep such trading in separate accounts.

Of course it's a good idea to seperate accounts where you are going to use various strategies for different timeframes. However, every trader decides by himself what is more convenient to him. For example, if you understand that you can trade on one account with several strategies on different timeframes, then you can do it. Moreover, H1 and H4 aren't so different. Well, if you would decide to scalp and invest on one account, then it would be much difficult for you to do it. So, anyway, it's great that you have such an idea.
