But if your time zone or work schedule doesn’t allow that, some smaller sessions like the Asian session, Tokyo time can still offer decent volume, especially on JPY pairs. Even early Sydney session can move certain pairs. It really depends on what you’re trading.

Anyone here mainly trading the Sydney session for AUD pairs? I’m surprised it doesn’t get mentioned much even though it can move those pairs quite a bit.
