What leverage do you all use?

Leverage is an important financial tool which an investor should consider when choosing a broker, basically it allows an investor to grow his market exposure to a level that exceeds the initial investments. My trading career I always like to trade with high leverage for making profit rapidly, but sometimes it causes a great risk and losses also.

Leverage is not any issue. It does not bring you any profit nor loss.
It is simply tool. As any other tool it requires proper usage.
With right money management it works well.

Usually, I go safe with 200x-300x.

I don't really understand how that is exactly 'safe'. Is that the effective leverage you use rather than just the account setting? I feel, unless you're very experienced like togr and have plans in place to utilise the leverage if need be in case of DD, then 200-300x isn't safe.
The more I trade and learn, the lower and lower leverage I am actually working with / need to work with.

Well even with leverage of 1:30 you can wipe out your account but it would take more time.

My maximum parameter is 1:100. Now I am not doing over-trading; so no need to use any aggressive parameter!

For avoiding risk I always use 1:100 leverage in spite of having up to leverage 1:2000 , actually leverage is an important financial tool which always contains risk , so it is better if we avoid using high leverage in real account.

I am using mostly offshore brokers so I do use something like you know 1:200 leverage and building all my strategies all around that number and it should really be somewhat like that as I can see and know, so let's go from such topic.

leverage is useful for trader , especially if trader start with small balance hence with leverage it will giving opportunity to making transaction on Fx market , now some broker offer high leverage until 1:1000 but so far I am only use leverage 1:400 as maximum.

Get as much leverage as you can, you don't have to use it all, the goal is not really to get to the stopout point. The leverage itself shouldn't be part of your money management strategy. I use 1:500 (australian max).

I am not sure, 1:3000 trading leverage is for trading or gambling! Yes, which brokers manipulate traders trading result, they mainly inspire traders to trade with high risk reward ratio! By the way, Forex trading is not gambling! So, pro traders are comfortable with standard trading leverage.

As low as I can. I don't think the higher number is a good idea since leverage is a double-edged sword - either you win big or you lose big.

I mostly use 1:500 leverage. I started off with 1:200 and once i got comfortable with trading, i increased it to 500X.

i go max 30. due to EU regulations, every broker i have traded with be it Fxpro, Fxview or eToro. Never felt the need to have more though
