Trading Manager (MT5)- What is the Best you know?

Hello Friends, I'm quiet new to trading and struggling with the default order Manager in MT5 (setting BE, TP f.e) I've noticed that there are many more sofisticated ones on the internet, free and paid. What and which one is the best choice in your Opinion ? Cheers !
