im not sure if this is not icluded, or it's just hard to find- but ill like to have a featur to be able to update account postion and not wait for automatic updating.

5 min shd be perfect
i found that the system didnt made the update task, even Metatrader4 was opened, and time was about 10 hours from last updating.
maybe I didnt see that the metatrader is closed or was opened for short time, not enough to send its data.
2nd question? the updating take place only with the Metatrader open, or it can be closed?

If the account is connected properly, it should update every 5 minutes. I suggest switching to our EA if you're not using it yet, to avoid any connectivity issues which might arise when using the publisher.
As to the second question - yes, at the moment the data updates only when MetaTrader is open.
