Some people use to post things like this person above, about EAs. They buy fake system from fake sellers and than came here and say lies, and worse, they send us e-mails, Skype and Facebook messages, asking for support and they never bought nothing.
So, could you post here a screenshot with your license?
Show us that you're a real custumer, than we'll provide the right assistence.
