• FOMO: Entered trades out of fear of missing moves• Overtrading: Took too many trades after a loss• Over-Lot: Used lot size beyond proper risk management• No Plan: Entered trades without clear entry, SL, and TP• Random Trades: Took unnecessary trades without valid reasons• Ego Trading: Tried to prove myself right after a loss
