Hello!
Could you tell me about SAMURAI AI OG?I used SAMURAI AI before.There was a time when the trades were executed too quickly for me to copy them in time, which resulted in a loss.
If I use PUPRIME to copy OG, is it less likely that something like that will happen? Would that bring my results closer to yours?

Copy trading will always have delays and slippages. Using same broker will not eliminate delay but minimize slippages.

Last night, the system was supposed to close all open pending trades, but in this specific case it failed to do so. After checking, we found that at the scheduled cutoff time (18:00), our server experienced about a one-minute outage, which prevented the system from closing pending orders and caused trades to open that should not have been triggered.
This was an isolated incident and did not affect 100% of clients whose systems run directly on their own MT4/MT5 accounts. However, it did negatively impact some of our copy-trade followers on SignalStart. This was a technical error and should also have been prevented on our side with more rigorous checking.
To address this, we have implemented an additional third-party monitoring layer that will watch all pending orders during this critical time window and repeatedly attempt to close them until everything is successfully cleared.

The unnecessary Loss on signalstart last friday has been recovered with profit. If we didn't close out earlier we could have hit the take profit of 30%+.
