Harga Komoditas YoY mengukur perubahan tahunan dalam harga jual komoditas yang diekspor di Australia. Indikator ini signifikan karena fluktuasi harga ekspor dapat sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan ekspor dan aktivitas ekonomi secara keseluruhan.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the AUD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the AUD.

Australia GDP Growth Tops Expectations
Australia's economy logged a stronger-than-expected growth in the second quarter, raising prospects of interest rate hikes by the Reserve Bank of Australia. Gross domestic product grew 2.1 percent from the previous year, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said Wednesday.
