Di Cina, NBS General PMI mengukur kinerja sektor manufaktur dan non-manufaktur dibandingkan dengan bulan sebelumnya. Pembacaan di atas 50 menunjukkan ekspansi, sedangkan di bawah 50 menunjukkan kontraksi.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the CNY while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the CNY.

China Inflation Rises To 0.8%, PPI Inflation Accelerates
China's consumer price inflation increased in August, driven by higher technology and energy prices, and producer price inflation exceeded economists' forecasts, official data revealed Wednesday. China's exports registered a notable growth in August, reflecting strong foreign demand for hi-tech products, official data showed Tuesday. China Service Sector Growth Improves
China's services activity grew at a faster pace in August driven by the increase in new business and sustained growth in employment, survey results published by S&P Global showed Thursday. The headline RatingDog services Purchasing Managers' Index rose to 51.4 in August from 50.4 in July. The reading was expected to rise moderately to 50.6.
