Eurozone Private Sector Growth At 4-Month Low
The euro area private sector softened to a four-month low in October as activity in France shifted back into contraction amid tightening financial conditions and rising political pressures, flash purchasing managers' survey data from S&P Global revealed Friday. The composite output index fell to 51.9 in October from 53.1 in the previous month, falling below the economist forecast of 52.7.

French Manufacturing Sentiment Highest Since Mid-2022
French manufacturing confidence rose to its highest level since July 2022 with robust improvement in opinion related to global and foreign order books, survey results from the statistical office INSEE showed Thursday. The manufacturing sentiment index climbed to 105 in October from 101 in the previous month. The score was the highest since July 2022.
