Kepercayaan Konsumen di Jepang mengukur persepsi konsumen tentang taraf hidup secara keseluruhan, pertumbuhan pendapatan, pekerjaan, dan kesediaan untuk membeli barang tahan lama, berdasarkan survei bulanan terhadap sekitar 4.700 rumah tangga. Skor di atas 50 menunjukkan optimisme, sedangkan di bawah 50 menunjukkan kurangnya kepercayaan.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the JPY while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the JPY.

Japan GDP Growth Revised Up To 1.4%
Japan's economy expanded more than initially estimated in the second quarter largely due to the upward revision to business investment, second estimate from the Cabinet Office showed Tuesday. Gross domestic product grew 1.4 percent on an annualized basis in the second quarter, which was revised up from the preliminary estimate of 1.1 percent.
