Di Singapura, PPI YoY mengukur perubahan persentase tahun ke tahun dalam indeks harga pasokan domestik untuk barang. Indikator ini digunakan untuk menilai tekanan inflasi di tingkat produsen.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the SGD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the SGD.

Singapore Unexpectedly Tightens Monetary Policy
The Monetary Authority of Singapore tightened its policy for the second straight time in order to cap inflationary pressures. The central bank unexpectedly increased the rate of appreciation of the S$NEER policy band slightly. However, the extent of the increase was smaller than that in April. There will be no change to the width of the policy band and the level at which it is centred.

Singapore Retains Growth Forecast Despite Uncertainties; Inflation Remains Stable
Singapore's economic growth forecast for this year was maintained, citing better-than-expected expansion in the first quarter, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said Monday. The ministry forecast the economy to grow in the range of 2.0 percent to 4.0 percent this year.
