Di Uganda, Indeks Kepercayaan Bisnis mengukur tingkat optimisme di antara para eksekutif mengenai produksi saat ini dan yang diharapkan, tingkat pesanan, lapangan kerja, harga, dan akses ke kredit. Indeks di atas 50 menunjukkan prospek yang membaik, sementara di bawah 50 menunjukkan prospek yang memburuk.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the UGX while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the UGX.
