Pesanan Barang Tahan Lama tanpa Pertahanan MoM mengukur persentase perubahan dalam pesanan baru yang diajukan kepada produsen untuk pengiriman barang tahan lama di Amerika Serikat, tidak termasuk pesanan pertahanan, dibandingkan dengan bulan sebelumnya. Ini digunakan untuk menilai aktivitas manufaktur dan tren ekonomi.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the USD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the USD.

Producer prices in the U.S. increased in line with economist estimates in the month of August, the Labor Department revealed in a report released on Thursday. The Labor Department said its producer price index for final demand rose by 0.4 percent in August following a revised 0.1 percent uptick in July.
