Di Amerika Serikat, Tingkat Pertumbuhan PDB QoQ mengukur persentase perubahan dalam Produk Domestik Bruto negara dari satu kuartal ke kuartal berikutnya. Indikator ini mencerminkan aktivitas dan output ekonomi secara keseluruhan, menangkap kontribusi konsumsi pribadi, investasi swasta, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan ekspor bersih. Ini adalah ukuran kunci untuk menilai kinerja ekonomi dan tren pertumbuhan.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the USD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the USD.

Producer prices in the U.S. increased in line with economist estimates in the month of August, the Labor Department revealed in a report released on Thursday. The Labor Department said its producer price index for final demand rose by 0.4 percent in August following a revised 0.1 percent uptick in July.
