Indeks Pasar Perumahan NAHB mengukur kepercayaan pengembang di pasar perumahan AS berdasarkan survei bulanan. Pembacaan di atas 50 menunjukkan bahwa lebih banyak pengembang melihat kondisi penjualan sebagai baik daripada buruk.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the USD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the USD.

U.S. Existing Home Sales Drop Below 4.0 Mln For First Time Since June 2025
A report released by the National Association of Realtors on Thursday showed an extended slump by existing home sales in the U.S. in the month of August. NAR said existing home sales dove by 2.0 percent to an annual rate of 3.98 million in August after tumbling by 1.7 percent to an annual rate of 4.06 million in July.

U.S. Producer Prices Increase 0.4% In August, In Line With Estimates
Producer prices in the U.S. increased in line with economist estimates in the month of August, the Labor Department revealed in a report released on Thursday. The Labor Department said its producer price index for final demand rose by 0.4 percent in August following a revised 0.1 percent uptick in July.
