AngioDynamics Reiterates FY27 Outlook; Appoints Eric Honroth President And CEO - Update
(RTTNews) - While reporting financial results for the first quarter on Thursday, medical technology company AngioDynamics, Inc. (ANGO) reiterated its adjusted loss and net sales guidance for the full year 2027, based on its first quarter performance and current outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year.
For fiscal 2027, the company continues to project adjusted loss in a range of $0.29 to $0.24 per share on net sales between $336 million and $341 million.
The company said it expects a tariff impact broadly similar to fiscal 2026, excluding any tariff refunds, based on its current view of the tariff situation.
The Company also announced that Eric Honroth has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 2, 2026, succeeding Jim Clemmer, who announced his intention to retire after ten years leading the Company. Clemmer will remain with AngioDynamics as an executive advisor to support a smooth transition.
In Thursday's pre-market trading, ANGO is trading on the Nasdaq at $14.25, up $0.06 or 0.42 percent.
