Sensex, Nifty Decline Ahead Of Powell's Testimony

(RTTNews) - Indian shares opened lower on Wednesday, tracking weak Asian markets and a decline in U.S. stock futures as investors awaited a key testimony by Fed Chair Jerome Powell due later in the day.
