What I like most about Blueberry is the combination of fast order execution, competitive trading conditions and responsive customer support. What would you improve about Blueberry?
The client portal could be made slightly faster and more intuitive. I would also appreciate more detailed account analytics and clearer notifications about possible changes in spreads or trading conditions during major economic news. These are relatively minor improvements and have not significantly affected my overall experience.

It has been a lot of work done to trade with Blueberry, with hard moments like the day of tariffs, April 4th or lowering rates during September 17th, where their platform, system collapse, their servers stop working for minutes, generating margin calls and losses to traders. Customer service is terrible, one of the worse in the fx broker industry, they are many and they do not resolve problems, they go around and around for months like chicken without head, and problems remain. Their platform have issues, technicals support is unreachable, you have to go through customer support and each time you get a different person, most of them do not understand a thing. Try to call them, most of the time do not pick up the phone. I ask for another officer to cover when officer travelling or similar and they never give me another person. I wouldn't trade with them, it's too risky if you day trade, Copy Trading and PAMM accounts I believe do not work properly, at least with short term trading or scalping. In general they use outside providers that also their systems do not work, like the one to read or upload the identification, or the system to put withdrawal information, just to mention a couple but as you work with them you will definitely find more. Account opening for other investors is hard. It looks like a well run company but it is not, better use IC Markets or Pepperstone, they have as many ways to deposit funds as to withdraw, they do not try to bottleneck as in Blueberry Markets, that you put the money and good luck to take it out ...

What I like is simply the broker itself — everything works well and I enjoy using it. But I don’t like the prop firm side.

Honestly, Blueberry is already a strong prop firm, but if there’s one thing I would change, it would be the transparency and communication when it comes to account suspensions or internal reviews.
I believe traders should clearly understand what happened, receive a proper explanation, and have the opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.
This would help avoid misunderstandings, strengthen trust, and improve the relationship with traders — especially those who have been with them for a long time.
The goal isn’t to change everything, but simply to have a clearer, more human, and more accessible process when an issue occurs.

- Fast execution and offers VPS close to the main servers. Means fast execution.

Could be more convenient when you first deside to create an account. The due diligence is a bit complex, but when the process is done Blueberry is one of the best brokers in the market.
Overall
- Extreme fast trading executions. Please avoid the cheepest VPS, in stead, go for a better spec. It's worth it.
- This broker also has one of the best spreads on Gold in the market.
- Absolutely one of the best support.
