I would improve the MT5 account connection process and customer support. After the recent maintenance, I have been unable to reconnect my MT5 account. The server selection only provides a dropdown with limited options and does not allow manually entering a server name. Support should provide clearer and more effective assistance when issues occur after maintenance.

Disappointing experience after MT5 maintenance.
After the recent MT5 maintenance, I have been unable to connect my MT5 account using the same account details that were working before the maintenance.
The MT5 server selection only provides a dropdown with limited CXM server options, with no option to manually enter a custom server. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot or reconnect the account.
I contacted support for assistance, but the issue has still not been resolved. The support experience has also been disappointing. I expected clearer and more effective assistance after the maintenance.
I hope CXM investigates the issue properly and provides a working solution.
We're not really sure, why you're posting the same feedback on every platform. We have informed all our users about 2-day upgrade in advance. Moreover, we have compensate with a bonuses to all the user who experienced any issues right after the upgrade.
