Overall experience is so so. I've been trading with exness for many years and I can see how things changed recently. I cannot feel that I'm a client anymore. I'm like a sand on the beach. One of thousands or millions other traders. They just basically don't care about you as individual.
The pricing is great. But I understand that all those spreads are artificial, they are able to provide this price because of the internal execution model and you will always trade against the broker, but not market.

I am extremely disappointed with Exness's finance department regarding my account: 172650721
On 25th Sept 2025, I deposited $500 via debit card. Due to a misunderstanding, my bank initiated a chargeback, which they officially withdrew and closed on 12-Dec-2025. However, Exness has frozen my account and is now demanding a manual deduction of $200.66 from my other deposits (made via Easypaisa) to unfreeze it.
The Problem: > Exness claims they refunded $500, but my bank statement only shows a credit of $299.34 I have repeatedly asked Exness to provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or the official Refund Receipt for the full $500 so my bank can track the missing funds. Exness refuses to provide this crucial technical data and is instead forcing me to pay for money I never received.
I have provided screenshots of my bank's confirmation that the dispute is closed, yet Exness ignores it. I will not authorize any deduction from my available balance until Exness proves where the $500 is by providing bank-traceable reference numbers (ARN).
Resolution Required: > 1. Provide the ARN for the $500 refund immediately.
2. Unfreeze my account so I can access my legitimate Easypaisa deposits.
3. Stop demanding manual deductions without providing proof of payment.
