Have you ever check that Go market's price is always weird? I am a new trader, i realize the dealer price always higher than i click, sale price lower than I sale. Is this normal? Sometimes I am very angry about this. The price always gone.
Usually click and wait for a long time to deal.
delay super long enough to delivery a babe...
Is there other broker better than Go Market? or all the broker has this kind of problem?

A 50 pip spread at market close on AusNzd a few weeks ago certainly raised my eyebrows. Trade execution delay is still a problem, "trade context busy" says MT4.
Keseluruhan
There is a 2-3 second delay when opening or closing a trade with GoMarkets and Vanatge. The other 2 platfroms I have running execute immediately.
Support suggested I try different servers which I have and it makes no difference to the slow execution time.
There is an easier way to change servers than Ermes suggested by clicking in the bottom right corner of the platform and using from DC1-6.
The spreads do widen out of busy hours horrendously too, way more than other companies.
Good for trying out but I would not want to invest money with them.

I recently opened a live account with this broker.
I'm testing the server... (I know that in the past there were problems)
For those who need:
1. In your MetaTrader4 platform bring up the login box (File>Login):
<img src="https://www.myfxbook.com/files/Ermes/Login_Box.png" class="img-responsive dont-change-dark" loading="lazy">
2. In the 'Server' field, delete the content (GoMarkets-Real) and then enter one of the following IP addresses. Please note: it is usually better to connect if you choose the location that is closer to you from the list below:
San Diego: 206.71.180.206:1951
London: 62.216.226.118:1951
Frankfurt: 178.162.174.161:1951
Singapore: 180.210.206.176:1951
Melbourne: 114.111.146.203:1951
3. Click 'Login'. Once the login to the server has been established you will not need to do this again and the platform will automatically seek to establish the fastest connection for you.

This Broker sucks. If you want a great Broker from Australia it's Pepperstone.

GOOD BROKER

Not a honest broker.

I have been with Go for 6 months now, and i can confirm there is a delay sometimes of 3-5 seconds when you hit the close button. Sometimes its lightning quick though. I know its not me as i can run other brokers with no problems, i have ADSL 2+ and run regular speed tests so i know the problem isnt at my end.
Customer service is great, and spreads are good.

NO-GO Markets, this Broker sucks, my super great EA works on many other Platforms but not with them.

Have been with GOMarkets for a couple of years now and have been very happy with them. Never a hint of stop hunting or the like and always get filled without requotes. Best Australian Forex broker in my opinion.
The only criticism would be that MT4 sometimes freezes in heavy news or busy trading times, which can cause substantial anguish if you want to enter/exit trades - outages can often be for 5-10 minutes while platforms with other brokers are still humming along nicely. This needs to be fixed...

Me too.

I had a few server outages the first week which made me freak out, but once they fixed the issue, the Server in the San Diego CA, USA offered super fast execution and their No commission Spreads were giving my Dukascopy account a run for its Pips.
Never a Requote ;-)
I wish I could still use this broker.
I do recommend this Broker ;-)

I have a live account with GoMarkets. Happy with the spreads, execution and service.
They seem very reputable.

Overall I find them pretty great. Some server latency on the odd occasion. I can understand fee's for funding via Credit Card because as a merchant, they would be charged by their own bank, so they are just passing it on. Avoid Credit Cards at all cost is my only advice - for everything. I fund via eft transfer from my own oz bank account. No fee's. Processed quickly. Great customer service!

I just funded my account with a wire transfer and they took $300 out of 10K...3% is highway robbery! We'll see how it goes from here...not voting for it yet...
Keseluruhan
they're quite good judging from what i've heard but they dont accept clients from my country so....
Keseluruhan
Go Markets would be my dream broker if only they lowered their credit card funding fees.

I'm checking them out, and as they are Ozzy regulated I think they have a very big stick hanging over their head. Last time I was in Ozzy I got on a boat the lake police arrived, I climbed on jet ski in a river the river police arrived, I went to the U2 concert in Sydney the damn concert police arrived, you go for a drive down the road all the police arrived!!
So I reckon there's safety in using an Ozzy company...I think their regulators will have teeth unlike the American counter parts.
And they don't have all the stupid hedging and other rules, and they offer decent mini's.

I reckon with the above post. CS superb. No latency issue. However, my primary concern is funding. Wondering what is their policies on withdrawal especially they come with AUD funding..
Keseluruhan
I have been live with gomarket for quite awhile now, and there is no latency for me. Always lightning fast execution, no requotes or context busy, couldn't be happier.
Keseluruhan
Be interested to know what the latency is with Go Markets currently, does it appear they have fixed the problems?
