JustMarkets accused me of using Expert Advisors then limited my entries to 10 thus I cannot counter the price at better entries. This was not during news and my leverage was supposed to be 1:3000. I was not notified. Because of this fraudulent practice I lost USD153. I had been a long time user but now I switched. I have proof of this malpractice yet they chose not to acknowledge their error. Beware of fake reviews online done by thier unscrupulous collaborators.

Above is the case number I filed. On Monday 7th November after I deposited USD800 and start to trade I noticed that I can only enter trade st 10 entries of lots 0.01. I usually used a Martingale method to scale up entries to a meximum risk but since my entries are stuck at 10 I suffered a loss of USD153. I filed a complain via a ticket and provided proof of losses but they accused my of using Expert Advisors and demied any fraudulent wrongdoings. I have been a trader on JustMarkets, previously on MT4 and now on MT5. After the incident I withdraw whatever remaining capital and switch to a better broker. I should have checked reviews on WikiFX or similar before committing a big deposit. For traders, beware of this scam broker. They will openly steal your money!!!

Worse platform i ever used. Each withdrawal they will always reject you instantly and saying you've broken their agreement of non trading operations which in fact you traded! . Ever single withdrawal, they will reject and I must send in my trading details before they release the payment. And they have coordinated with many tiktok Malaysia/Indonesia IBs to constantly promote themselves. If a good platform, they doesnt need all these "signal providers" to promote. On top of it, all those so called "Live Acc" used by their IB are mainly broker acc. It is used to show everyone that the IB is trading using real acc. Bullshit. I have all evidence of them rejecting my withdrawal and only after I submitted my trading logs then they release. Every single time! They will say it's due to "money laundering", then why when client deposits, you guys dont reject it and says it's money laundering instead???

Overall experience hasn't been bad at all...The app and the website are really easy to navigate through and i like the trades can be managed on the platform and not just on meta trader 5.

Like I said Earlier , everything seems fine until I request for a withdrawal then it gets held and remains pending till a disapproval is made. It got so rampart I had to report to Treqora for a proper investigation to help enable my withdrawal. which they were able to do.

I only had problem with them. Withdrawal... I had to complain in legal institution in order to make them pay me. And finally after that i saw that they manipulate price or your account in order to make you loose your money and I think in the they keep money for them. I saw several other people having same issue with price error!!!

Issues faced with withdrawals, most times they are cancelled without valid reasons, Nothing there finance would fix instead of adding more frustrations. I left when they have failed to fix the problem. And there customer support is also amongst the worst out there. Literally after depositing the care less, they hate processing withdrawal

I have been a client of JustMarkets since 2019. On 13/03/2026 at 12:15, I submitted a withdrawal request (No. 8703300). Since then, the withdrawal has still not been processed, and I have not been given any clear timeframe.
The most concerning issue is the lack of consistency from customer support. Several agents first told me that the withdrawal was not blocked, that it was simply pending, that there was no problem with my account, and that no action was required from my side. Later, other responses mentioned enhanced monitoring, a periodic review, or an analysis of my trading activity, without ever clearly specifying which reason actually applies to my case.
As of today, I still have no execution date, only general and contradictory responses. This is very concerning for a broker that holds its clients’ funds. I am now expecting the withdrawal to be completed promptly, along with clear, written, and consistent communication.
