Like I said Earlier , everything seems fine until I request for a withdrawal then it gets held and remains pending till a disapproval is made. It got so rampart I had to report to Treqora for a proper investigation to help enable my withdrawal. which they were able to do.

I only had problem with them. Withdrawal... I had to complain in legal institution in order to make them pay me. And finally after that i saw that they manipulate price or your account in order to make you loose your money and I think in the they keep money for them. I saw several other people having same issue with price error!!!

Issues faced with withdrawals, most times they are cancelled without valid reasons, Nothing there finance would fix instead of adding more frustrations. I left when they have failed to fix the problem. And there customer support is also amongst the worst out there. Literally after depositing the care less, they hate processing withdrawal

I have been a client of JustMarkets since 2019. On 13/03/2026 at 12:15, I submitted a withdrawal request (No. 8703300). Since then, the withdrawal has still not been processed, and I have not been given any clear timeframe.
The most concerning issue is the lack of consistency from customer support. Several agents first told me that the withdrawal was not blocked, that it was simply pending, that there was no problem with my account, and that no action was required from my side. Later, other responses mentioned enhanced monitoring, a periodic review, or an analysis of my trading activity, without ever clearly specifying which reason actually applies to my case.
As of today, I still have no execution date, only general and contradictory responses. This is very concerning for a broker that holds its clients’ funds. I am now expecting the withdrawal to be completed promptly, along with clear, written, and consistent communication.

It would be great if at least they would warn their customers who did proper EA tests on demo accounts whatever they can use such EA's or not.

My overall experience with them is really bad. They have unexpectedly decided to shut down my EA and block all of my accounts without further notice or without an adequate warning prior doing so. I have used the same EA on demo accounts to test it and everything was great. As soon as I deposited funds into 2 of my live accounts, trading only 2 months and like I said all of a sudden everything was disabled with only one email message that I need to close all of my open trades or they will, which in return generated significant amount of losses for me. All in all I don't recommend this broker for EA usage at all.
