One suggestion : Increase your expiration of demo account (90 to 180 days) at least for customers with real account, sometimes even experienced traders need to test some new strategy before applying on real account.

However, while the presentation and usability are strong, my experience raised serious concerns about reliability during critical trading moments. Platform stability, execution consistency, and account access are far more important than design, and unfortunately, these areas did not meet expectations in my case.

Blocking a client’s IP address is not a sustainable or acceptable practice for any financial broker.
Restricting account access through IP blocking is not only disruptive but also undermines client trust and raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. In trading, continuous and reliable access to accounts is critical—especially during active market conditions. Any restriction that prevents a client from managing positions, withdrawing funds, or monitoring trades can lead to significant financial harm.
From a long-term perspective, such actions are counterproductive. They damage the broker’s credibility, expose it to regulatory scrutiny, and discourage both existing and potential clients from engaging with the platform.
In the case of Pepperstone, practices like alleged IP blocking, if proven, highlight serious deficiencies in client handling and system reliability that should be urgently addressed.
