The no. of instruments they provide to trade with competitive pricing.
Deposit/ withdrawal is good .
They don't create fake spikes to take orders.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Pepperstone?
I believe improvement is a continuous process but maintaining standards with a upward graph for long run should be the goal. consistency is more important than big numbers.
One suggestion : Increase your expiration of demo account (90 to 180 days) at least for customers with real account, sometimes even experienced traders need to test some new strategy before applying on real account.

"Best Broker I've Ever Used – 8 Years and Still Going Strong"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari Pepperstone?
I've been trading with Pepperstone since 2017 and honestly have nothing but great things to say. The execution speed is outstanding – no requotes, no slippage issues even during high-volatility sessions like NFP or FOMC. The spreads on major pairs and gold are consistently tight, which makes a real difference especially for active traders. The MT5 platform runs flawlessly and the cTrader option is a great bonus. Deposits and withdrawals have always been smooth and fast – never had a single issue in 8 years.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari Pepperstone?
Honestly it's hard to find something to complain about. Maybe adding more educational resources for newer traders would be a nice touch, but for an experienced trader everything is already where it needs to be.
Keseluruhan
8 years with Pepperstone and I've never felt the need to look elsewhere. Reliable, transparent, and professional in every way. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Whether you're scalping, swing trading, or running automated systems, this broker handles it all without issues. Pepperstone has earned my trust over nearly a decade and I fully recommend them to any serious trader.
