I was honestly a little worried about my first withdrawal because you always see mixed comments online. But everything went through fine. It wasn't instant, but it arrived within the timeframe they told me. Customer support also replied pretty quickly when I had a question.

This is a SCAM company that doesn't follow rules and breaks European union law according to which an EU citizen can't be offered leverage higher than 1:30. Most of the brokers accept this law, but PU PRIME does not, which means they absolutely don't care about their clients rights and security.
There are many other brokers respecting most rules, please DO NOT choose PU PRIME, as they might be breaking other rules as well.
I have written them asking to being blocked permanently - that means I won't be able to open my account in future. I admitted I am gambling and I need to lose access to my profile not to deposit further funds.
DESPITE my request they just replied, being unable to close my account and profile. I know every single brokerage can do that and actually did that when I asked them for. These highly unprofessional company simply states they are unable to do that, which is a pure LIE. They are lying to their customers!
