Initial deposit processing and MT4 platform setup were smooth, but the overall experience was ruined by unfair withdrawal practices.

What would you improve about STARTRADER?

Honor legitimate client profits, stop arbitrary account terminations, and provide transparent tick-level trade logs instead of using vague clauses to block payouts.

Extremely disappointing and unethical experience. I opened live account #33978738, deposited funds, and placed a single 0.15 lot trade on Gold (XAUUSD). The trade was held open for nearly 22 hours (10/08/2026 03:39 to 11/08/2026 01:45), capturing a clean price action move with a profit of +$896.55.

Upon requesting a withdrawal of my $1,506.55 balance:
1. Payout was immediately rejected citing "Account activity review".
2. My entire profit of $896.55 was confiscated via "Cash Adjustment-PNL".
3. My trading account was blocked and terminated under generic promotional terms without providing any technical proof.

This was organic swing trading, not scalping, latency arbitrage, or hedging. STARTRADER welcomes deposits, but when a retail trader makes legitimate profits, accounts get blocked and funds are seized. I demand full refund of my $896.55 profit.

My experience with STARTRADER has been nothing short of disastrous. I am sharing this so others don’t go through what I did.

Over the span of just three weeks, I saw $5,000 of my hard earned money disappear through trades that were executed without my knowledge, without my approval, and without any justification provided to me.
What makes it even worse is the complete silence from the company.
No one bothered to call.
No one responded to emails.
No one explained the trades.
No one took responsibility.

When I raised the issue, the company showed zero interest in resolving it or compensating me for what clearly appears to be negligence. The promises made during account opening — experienced staff, dedicated RM, proper risk management, stop loss protection — turned out to be empty words.

In my experience, STARTRADER has been unprofessional, unreliable, and completely incompetent in handling client funds and trades. Their actions and lack of accountability made me feel misled and mistreated, and I regret trusting them with my money.

If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, I strongly advise you to stay far away.
For me, it’s a big NO — I would never recommend opening an account with this company.

its a complete scam Extremely disappointed with my experience. My withdrawal has still not been processed, and my profits were removed , despite the fact that I only engaged in normal trading activity. As a new trader, I was never informed of any issue until I requested a withdrawal.

I have repeatedly asked the company to provide clear evidence and a detailed explanation of how my trades violated their terms, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

A trading platform’s credibility is measured by how it treats its clients when it comes to withdrawals. At this point, I feel frustrated, ignored, and unfairly treated. I urge the company to review my account transparently and release any legitimately earned profits.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to other traders.

We have worked with StarTrader on the business side, especially with setting up and supporting PAMM accounts, and the experience has been very good. From our side, they have been professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I attempted to deposit funds into my Startrader trading account using the UPI payment option provided on their platform.

The UPI transaction was successful from my bank’s side, the amount was debited, and I submitted the UTR as requested. Initially, the deposit status showed “Submitted to third party”, but after a few hours it changed to “Deposit Failed.”

Since then, the funds have neither been credited to my trading account nor refunded to my bank account. I have shared all required proofs (UTR, bank statement, screenshots, screen recordings) with support.

I contacted email support, live chat, and an assigned RM, but received inconsistent responses and no clear resolution or timeline.

This appears to be a reconciliation issue between the third-party UPI collection account and Startrader’s backend, not a bank-side failure. Posting this to highlight the risk with this deposit method and to seek proper resolution.

Your team then removed my $100 profit, labeling it as a "cash adjustment." What kind of adjustment is this? You have deducted my legitimate profit without providing a valid reason or any verifiable proof. You returned only my initial deposit.

The justification later provided was "suspicious activity," which you indicate refers to standard scalping trades. This is contradictory and unacceptable. I have thoroughly checked your terms and conditions and did not violate any of them. Specifically, I held all my trades for more than 3 minutes, which complies with your stated policy. I conducted organic trades using the standard tools your platform provides. If my trading method violated any internal policy, why is it explicitly facilitated and enabled by your service?

This unilateral action essentially retroactively changes the terms of service after profits have been earned. A "cash adjustment" without a clear, policy-based explanation and evidence is not a legitimate practice; it appears to be a seizure of client funds.

This is not acceptable. I insist you conduct a formal review immediately, provide a detailed written explanation citing the specific rule I allegedly violated, and return my $100 profit in full. If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue with the relevant financial regulatory authorities and pursue all available avenues for dispute resolution.

I have been with Star Trader for over 1 year on account 9040218. In this time, I have traded actively — I have made money, I have lost money, I have even had my account completely wiped out and then re-deposited large amounts again to keep trading.

Throughout this period, I have never faced a single issue. I have always traded the same way — small fixed TP and SL ($15), closing trades and re-opening new ones whether they are in profit or loss.

Now, suddenly, after making profits recently, my account is blocked. Deposits and withdrawals are disabled. No calls, no evidence, no explanation — just a baseless accusation from my account manager about “manipulative trades.”

When I spoke to him, he clearly refused to process my withdrawal. I then emailed Risk, Trading, and Support teams — it’s been over 2 weeks, and not a single reply from anyone. Everyone is copied on my emails, but no one dares to respond.

Where was this so-called risk team when I was losing money and depositing more?
Where was the concern when my account was wiped out multiple times?
Why is there no problem when I lose, but the moment I win, the funds are blocked?

Even a typical B-book broker will at least call and discuss with a client. Here, Star Trader is silent and hiding behind excuses.

This is clear discrimination against profitable clients and an unprofessional way to operate a brokerage. If they can’t handle one profitable account, they should openly declare that they only want losing traders.

My advice — stay far away from Star Trader. They are quick to take your money when you lose, but when you win, they will block you and refuse to pay.
