I am writing to share some feedback regarding your deposit and withdrawal policy to improve the user experience.

Currently, when funds are deposited using a bank card, the withdrawal must be processed back to the exact same card. While I understand this is often due to regulatory compliance, it creates significant friction for traders if their card expires, gets blocked, or faces local banking restrictions when receiving international returns.

I would highly appreciate it if Tickmill could update its system to allow more flexibility. Specifically, it would be great if clients could choose alternative withdrawal methods (such as E-wallets or direct Crypto/Bank transfers) for their profits or initial capital, regardless of the method used for the initial deposit.

Allowing flexible withdrawal options would make the platform much more user-friendly and convenient. I hope your development team will consider this update in future system upgrades.
