For anyone feeling hesitant about using bitwellex.net I want to share my positive outcome. I had funds locked in an old account and was unsure how to proceed. After contacting support, I learned I could merge and reactivate my account The process took a bit of time, but once completed, I was able to withdraw all my money successfully. No hidden fees, no delays. Just smooth service and good communication.

Bitwell crashed months ago and sent me an email today to merge my old account with the updated platform bitwellex.net . After merging my account I had a successful withdrawal
What would you improve about BitWell?
The support system is poor ... They also respond minutes after each question which is actually poor for a big exchange site

Was a good experience.. but really heartbroken when they first crashed . . I'm better now because I got back my funds
