I honestly didn’t expect to recover my funds, but CrossTower Exchange proved me wrong. After losing access to my old account, I reached out and followed their recovery process step by step. The instructions were clear, and support actually responded instead of sending generic replies.
Once my identity was verified, my account access was restored and I was able to withdraw my funds without any problems. Everything worked as explained, and the withdrawal went through successfully.
The whole experience turned a stressful situation into a positive one. crosstower.ltd handled the recovery professionally, and I appreciate that they delivered on what they said.
