Now I got it, the tab "Inputs". I know how to set up some of them, but some are really tricky, like technical indicators. Anyone knows what settings are optimal? So it is not free.
Thx togr

When you are executing EA on chart there is a dialog window with various settings.
You can either change these values manually or click load and load these from set file.
So set file is file with predefined settings for EA.
It usually differs per EA, timeframe, currency.
Blessing settings are optimized for Blessing:) based on backtesting results.:)

Hi,Guys, I downloaded the Blessing 3 (free version 3.9.6). It a EA file. It can be used for 6 pairs. I can attach the EA to 5 min charts and then it starts trading in my demo account. I didn't change anything. Could anyone let me know what the setfiles are for? I already got the EA. Why do I need setfile?

I was playing long time with Blessing without success.
Do you have some good real myfxbook blessing accounts?
I mean long term, stable, profitable, low dd?

I already answered you, I need to know how many years those backtests cover and the relative and maximal drawdown as a percentage.

Totally agree with the win-win approach. Knowledge sharing/exchange is the best way to achieve great results.
Let me have your feedbacks about the backtest charts i sent to you :-)
Best regards!

We are also interested in exchanging setfiles as this is clearly a win-win situation. In the end we all seek a broader diversification right?
If someone has a setfile which is rather high growth (>5% average monthly growth over the last 12 month) and can provide me with a backtest over at last 2 years with 99% tickdata and realistic spreads We could have an exchange.
I am also willing to do proper 3 year tickdata backtests for your setfiles with the spreads that you have at your broker.
Just e-mail me : [email protected]

However we have 9 more with a couple of them having 30% profit per month.

Hi Clerical,
I have 3 set files optimized for EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDCHF (this last one is the most profitable, almost 300% profit in 22 months using a fixed lot 0.1). Would you be interested in making a set file exchange?
If yes, please write me in private.
Best regards!

I use 3 Blessing for automatic operation on several accounts. As a multi-well.
Here are the results.

Hi guys,
While blessing is based on some sort of average down approach it nevertheless has a build-in equity protection and therefore cannot crush your account.
Blessing 3 ist not a standalone buy, fire and forget EA, it is a tool which you can use to develop your own strategies. We are working with it for 2 years now and developed a portfolio including 12 blessing 3 setfiles.
Setfiles can be bought at the developers homepage for roughly 80 USD each. While we will not share our setfiles for obvious reasone we still decided to sell some at their Forum. We will start an exclusive signal service soon. If you are interested just put your name on our mailing list.
Here some infos about the setfile that we sell there:

Offer as set in the manual for the Blessing?

Siince Blessing is a type of martingale, I was wondering what the memberss of this forum have experinced . I have a EA I designed thats full martingale and was looking for some input from others. I intend to use this martingle EA and set it up on multiple pairs. Perhaps 9 to 18 pairs trading both ways, buy and sell. Any one have any thoughts about the number of pips for take profit for a large set up? I can easyly change the profit targets and stop losses as well as changing the magic number for each setup. I was thinking about setting the pips at 120 or perhaps 240 for TP. Less than 20 on any one pair can blow a account easy on this martingale. I have added all kinds of stop timers, max level settings, filters-ect for safety. Does Any one have experience with multiple pair large TP martingale setups? Siince this is now the weekend, I have time to set up and wait for monday to come around. Max account size will be $3,000. Setup for demo testing. I also have this setup EA for reverse martingale and will most likely set it up in the similar way. All designed by me. Any thoughts? I think blessing has a pip step, I use a time out between trades.
