The biggest area for improvement is the technical stability of the trading platform and the efficiency of the support team. I experienced repeated connection errors through TradingView, which caused order duplication, prevented me from closing positions, and resulted in direct financial losses. Despite reporting the issue multiple times via chat and email, I only received generic responses (clear cache, try incognito mode, use another device) that never solved the actual problem. I was also charged for a TradingView service that was not working properly in my region, and the support team took too long to escalate the case. When my account was automatically closed due to reaching the maximum loss limit, the technical failures that contributed to those losses were not taken into account. I believe The5ers should improve their platform infrastructure, ensure better integration with TradingView, and train their support team to provide real solutions instead of generic troubleshooting steps.

I have been a The5ers customer for this time and unfortunately my experience has been very negative. I want to share my case so that other traders are aware.
1. Serious technical problems from day one: Since I started trading with the TradingView platform linked to The5ers, I had constant connection problems. For several days, the system gave me network errors, did not allow me to open or close trades correctly, and on several occasions my orders were duplicated, causing me direct losses.
2. Lack of effective solutions: Despite having contacted support on multiple occasions (via chat and email), the responses were generic: "clear the cache", "use incognito mode", "try on another device". None of this solved the real problem. I was even charged for using TradingView when the service was not working properly in my region.
3. Financial losses and lack of responsibility: Due to these technical failures, I lost several trades and was unable to close positions on time. Despite having reported the problem in a timely manner, my account was automatically closed for reaching the maximum loss limit, without the technical team considering that the errors were part of the problem.
4. Slow and ineffective customer service: The support team responded, but solutions took days to arrive and did not solve the actual problem. They even made me wait 24 to 48 hours for them to "review my case" while I continued to miss out on trading opportunities.
Conclusion: The5ers has a good concept, but if the technical platform fails and there is no agile response, the trader ends up paying the consequences. In my case, I lost money and time for something that was not my fault. I do not recommend this platform to traders who depend on fast and stable execution. I hope they improve their infrastructure and customer service.

In January, my wife and I took advantage of the $12 promotion for the 2.5k table, bought two each, operated throughout January, passed both phases without any problems, received my real account, made the $150 needed to withdraw, and the next day I received an email saying that my account had been banned. I was accused of copy trading. I explained that we studied the same strategy, which is the cycle theory, and that some trades will obviously be a little similar, especially since everyone who studies this strategy enters at almost the same time! However, most of the trades on my account and my wife's account are different, because she held them longer, sometimes until the next day or even three days. They simply banned my account. They did not ask for proof, they did not agree to an interview, they did not agree to a video call! They did not show me what was the same! WHERE IS THE ERROR? THEY SIMPLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT AND MY WITHDRAWAL! AND THEY ONLY TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF THE WITHDRAWAL! Before you request a withdrawal, support helps you with everything, but after you have a problem, support acts like they don't know anything, it's like they don't even work there! A huge lack of respect. Most of the reviews here are from people who haven't withdrawn yet! Be very careful with this company! Give preference to other real professionals! At least they know how to identify copy trading from what it isn't! Be careful, folks, this was my experience! You can follow my account, that was the bill I requested payment for 26014959.
