"Serious technical problems, ineffective customer service, and financial losses."
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari The5ers?
The step‑up funding model is interesting and allows for gradual growth. The ability to scale from 5k up to 20k in stages is a good concept for traders who want to grow progressively. Also, the initial support response is quick (even though they don’t always solve the issues).
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari The5ers?
The biggest area for improvement is the technical stability of the trading platform and the efficiency of the support team. I experienced repeated connection errors through TradingView, which caused order duplication, prevented me from closing positions, and resulted in direct financial losses. Despite reporting the issue multiple times via chat and email, I only received generic responses (clear cache, try incognito mode, use another device) that never solved the actual problem. I was also charged for a TradingView service that was not working properly in my region, and the support team took too long to escalate the case. When my account was automatically closed due to reaching the maximum loss limit, the technical failures that contributed to those losses were not taken into account. I believe The5ers should improve their platform infrastructure, ensure better integration with TradingView, and train their support team to provide real solutions instead of generic troubleshooting steps.
Keseluruhan
Serious technical problems, ineffective customer service, and financial losses.
I have been a The5ers customer for this time and unfortunately my experience has been very negative. I want to share my case so that other traders are aware.
1. Serious technical problems from day one: Since I started trading with the TradingView platform linked to The5ers, I had constant connection problems. For several days, the system gave me network errors, did not allow me to open or close trades correctly, and on several occasions my orders were duplicated, causing me direct losses.
2. Lack of effective solutions: Despite having contacted support on multiple occasions (via chat and email), the responses were generic: "clear the cache", "use incognito mode", "try on another device". None of this solved the real problem. I was even charged for using TradingView when the service was not working properly in my region.
3. Financial losses and lack of responsibility: Due to these technical failures, I lost several trades and was unable to close positions on time. Despite having reported the problem in a timely manner, my account was automatically closed for reaching the maximum loss limit, without the technical team considering that the errors were part of the problem.
4. Slow and ineffective customer service: The support team responded, but solutions took days to arrive and did not solve the actual problem. They even made me wait 24 to 48 hours for them to "review my case" while I continued to miss out on trading opportunities.
Conclusion: The5ers has a good concept, but if the technical platform fails and there is no agile response, the trader ends up paying the consequences. In my case, I lost money and time for something that was not my fault. I do not recommend this platform to traders who depend on fast and stable execution. I hope they improve their infrastructure and customer service.

"PLEASE NOTE: most of the reviews here are from people who have not yet requested payment."
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari The5ers?
They are quick to send the bills, first and second phase.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari The5ers?
The support is only good when you don't have a problem. If you have a problem, they act like they don't know anything, it's like they don't even work there!
Keseluruhan
In January, my wife and I took advantage of the $12 promotion for the 2.5k table, bought two each, operated throughout January, passed both phases without any problems, received my real account, made the $150 needed to withdraw, and the next day I received an email saying that my account had been banned. I was accused of copy trading. I explained that we studied the same strategy, which is the cycle theory, and that some trades will obviously be a little similar, especially since everyone who studies this strategy enters at almost the same time! However, most of the trades on my account and my wife's account are different, because she held them longer, sometimes until the next day or even three days. They simply banned my account. They did not ask for proof, they did not agree to an interview, they did not agree to a video call! They did not show me what was the same! WHERE IS THE ERROR? THEY SIMPLY BANNED MY ACCOUNT AND MY WITHDRAWAL! AND THEY ONLY TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF THE WITHDRAWAL! Before you request a withdrawal, support helps you with everything, but after you have a problem, support acts like they don't know anything, it's like they don't even work there! A huge lack of respect. Most of the reviews here are from people who haven't withdrawn yet! Be very careful with this company! Give preference to other real professionals! At least they know how to identify copy trading from what it isn't! Be careful, folks, this was my experience! You can follow my account, that was the bill I requested payment for 26014959.

"Scaling plan"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari The5ers?
What I like best about The5ers is their well-structured and trader-friendly scaling plan. The scaling system rewards consistency and discipline instead of risky trading. As traders meet profit targets while respecting drawdown rules, their account size increases gradually, which helps build confidence and long-term stability. The5ers allows traders to grow capital without pressure to overtrade, making it suitable for both new and experienced traders. Their clear rules, realistic targets, and transparent scaling process encourage professional trading behavior. Overall, the scaling plan supports sustainable growth and helps traders develop strong risk management skills.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari The5ers?
One improvement for The5ers could be faster customer support during busy periods. Adding more educational resources, such as advanced trading webinars and psychology sessions, would also be helpful. A clearer dashboard showing scaling progress and performance details could further improve the trader experience.
Keseluruhan
My overall experience with The5ers has been positive and professional. The platform is transparent, the rules are clear, and the scaling plan encourages disciplined trading. The evaluation process is fair, and the educational resources help traders improve consistency and risk management skills.

"My Experience With The5ers Prop Firm"
Apa yang paling Anda sukai dari The5ers?
What I like most about The5ers is how genuinely trader-centric the whole system feels.
The rules are logical and transparent, risk limits encourage proper money management, and the focus is clearly on consistency rather than forcing unrealistic targets. The scaling model is well-structured, payouts are reliable, and there are no hidden tricks in the evaluation process.
Overall, The5ers feels more like a professional trading environment than a typical prop firm, which makes it suitable for traders who want to grow steadily over the long term.
Apa yang ingin Anda tingkatkan dari The5ers?
One improvement I would like to see is occasional discounts or promotional offers, which would make the programs more accessible for a wider range of traders.
Additionally, the trade monitoring and analytics page could be improved further with more detailed insights and a cleaner interface, helping traders review performance more efficiently.
These enhancements would add extra value to an already well-structured and trader-focused prop firm.
Keseluruhan
Overall, my experience with The5ers has been very positive. The trading environment feels professional, the rules are clear, and the focus on risk management helps build discipline rather than bad habits.
The evaluation process is straightforward, execution is smooth, and payouts are handled transparently. I appreciate that the firm prioritizes consistency and long-term growth instead of unrealistic promises.

A weekly payout option for consistent traders would be a great addition.
Keseluruhan
Overall, my experience with The5ers has been positive and professional. It’s a prop firm that genuinely rewards discipline, patience, and proper risk management rather than aggressive or emotional trading. With a few small improvements like clearer dashboards and more flexible payout options, The5ers can easily remain one of the top choices for serious traders looking for long-term growth.
