What would you improve about Foxx Funded?
Foxx should handle genuine medical emergencies fairly and review the evidence provided by its clients. My account was disabled for exceeding the seven-day inactivity limit while I was hospitalized and undergoing an operation. I provided an official hospital letter, but the company refused to reconsider its decision. I requested escalation to senior management and suggested reasonable alternatives, including a replacement account or a free reset, but received no further response. The company needs better customer support, clearer escalation procedures, and reasonable consideration for documented emergencies.
Overall
My overall experience was extremely disappointing. My account was closed because I was inactive for seven days while hospitalized for an operation. Although I provided official medical evidence, Foxx refused to reconsider the decision or offer a reasonable alternative. My request for a senior management review also received no further response.
