But few week ago i collect 4600 coin and applied to claim 5k 1step challenge, that claim cancelled and coin was refunded and know showing for claim 5k 1step challenge 5600 coin
And now approx 1 week passed I'm trying to asking but they are not responding/replying to discuss another issues in this platform

What would you improve about FundYourFX?
1. Too Many & Complex Rules
This is probably my biggest concern. There are a lot of rules, and some of them can be difficult to keep track of while trading. Because of this, I’ve personally breached a few accounts.
I feel the rules could be simplified and presented more clearly so traders don’t have to constantly remember every single condition.
2. Payout Delays
Payouts have sometimes taken longer than expected. For a prop firm, fast and reliable payouts are extremely important for building trader confidence.
3. More Innovation in Challenges
I’d also like to see FundYourFX experiment more with their challenge models. Introducing some fresh, unique, and trader-friendly challenge formats could make the firm stand out much more in an increasingly competitive prop firm market.
Overall
FundYourFX has some genuinely strong points, especially customer support, the website/dashboard, affordable pricing, and the PIPS rewards system.
At the same time, simplifying the rules, improving payout speed, and experimenting with new challenge formats could make the overall experience significantly better.
This is just my honest experience and personal opinion as a trader.
